Schedule:

• Full-time, 4 x 8-hour shifts Monday–Friday (days)
• Weekends only in rare emergency scenarios
• On-call solely for urgent radiation needs (very uncommon, typically before/after shifts)
• Occasional holiday coverage if clinic is open; no floating requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer radiation therapy by following and verifying providers’ orders
• Utilize independent judgment while adhering to established methodologies, policies, and procedures
• Educate patients and their families regarding planned procedures or treatments
• Operate and care for treatment and simulation equipment according to department standards
• Demonstrate professionalism, foster teamwork, and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Radiation Oncology
• ARRT certification with radiation therapy registry
