Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Radiation Therapy required; Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy preferred
• State Radiation Therapist license required
• ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy strongly preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
• At least 1 year of continuous, relevant clinical experience
• In-depth knowledge of modern radiation equipment, procedures, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency with Radiation Oncology Information Systems—familiarity with ARIA, EPIC, ExacTrac, and Eclipse is essential
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and families
• High standards for handling confidential patient information
