Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid certification or licensure as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience in delivering radiation therapy treatments in a clinical or hospital setting
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols and patient positioning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support patient care
• Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately interpret and follow physician orders and treatment plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed radiation treatments using current technology and upholding precise protocols
• Monitor patient responses and provide compassionate support throughout their treatment regimen
• Operate and maintain linear accelerators and related equipment, ensuring correct calibration and safety standards
• Prepare patients by explaining procedures, positioning them accurately, and maintaining clear records
• Collaborate with physicians, dosimetrists, and medical physicists to ensure optimal treatment outcomes
• Uphold strict safety and quality regulations to protect patients, staff, and self
