• Experience in patient positioning, treatment planning, and operating linear accelerators
• Strong understanding of safety protocols for radiation delivery
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide supportive patient education

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments, following oncologist directives
• Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team, including physicists, dosimetrists, and nursing staff
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during all procedures, adhering to strict regulatory guidelines
• Document treatments, monitor patient reactions, and relay critical information to supervising physician
• Maintain and inspect therapy equipment, reporting any concerns promptly for repair or maintenance
• Educate patients and families about procedures, side effects, and post-treatment care
