- Strong understanding of safety protocols for radiation delivery

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments, following oncologist directives
- Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team, including physicists, dosimetrists, and nursing staff
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during all procedures, adhering to strict regulatory guidelines
- Document treatments, monitor patient reactions, and relay critical information to supervising physician
- Maintain and inspect therapy equipment, reporting any concerns promptly for repair or maintenance
- Educate patients and families about procedures, side effects, and post-treatment care
