Radiation Therapist | Glenwood Springs, Colorado

Schedule:

• 13-week assignment
• Full-time: 5x8-hour shifts
• Monday through Friday, daytime hours

Qualifications:

• Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy
• Valid BLS certification
• Active Colorado state license as a Radiation Therapist
• Proven experience in radiation therapy, demonstrating high standards of precision, safety, and patient communication
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Commitment to quality patient care and radiation safety protocols

Responsibilities:

• Accurately administer prescribed radiation treatments as outlined by physicians and oncologists
• Operate and monitor linear accelerators and related equipment with strict adherence to protocols
• Assess patient responses, provide clear information, and offer compassionate support throughout each session
• Prepare patient treatment rooms and maintain equipment according to regulatory standards
• Document procedures and report any variances or concerns promptly to ensure exceptional care and safety
• Participate in ongoing professional development and uphold the highest levels of patient confidentiality and care standards
