Key Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Registered Radiation Therapist (ARRT).

- Familiarity with patient care, safety protocols, and documentation standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to reassure and educate patients.
- Attention to detail and adherence to treatment plans.
Schedule:
- Full-time hours; typical weekday shifts.
- Flexibility to accommodate occasional variations per patient volume and clinic needs.
Role Responsibilities:
- Administer prescribed radiation treatments safely and accurately according to physician orders.
- Prepare and position patients, ensuring comfort and optimal treatment delivery.
- Operate advanced linear accelerators and related equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
- Maintain clear, timely, and thorough treatment records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians, dosimetrists, and other care providers as part of the cancer care team.
- Uphold infection control procedures and participate in regular quality assurance checks.
- Provide compassionate, knowledgeable support to patients and families regarding treatment expectations.
