Schedule/Hours:

• Travel contract position (specific hours determined at placement)

Key Qualifications:

• Certification as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT preferred)
• Active state licensure in Radiation Therapy or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience in radiation therapy, preferably in a hospital or outpatient setting
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong technical knowledge of operating linear accelerators and related equipment
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced or varied clinical environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed doses of radiation to patients as directed by physicians
• Collaborate with oncology teams, providing compassionate support throughout treatment
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain radiation equipment safely and efficiently
• Document treatment processes with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Educate patients and families on procedures, answering questions and addressing concerns
