Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in radiation therapy preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy or eligibility required
• Hands-on experience with Elekta HD, Versa HD, and Mosaiq systems is highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support patients and work collaboratively with clinical teams
• Keen attention to detail, safety, and care protocols in a fast-paced clinical setting

Responsibilities:

• Operate radiation therapy equipment, ensuring precise and safe delivery of therapeutic doses to patients
• Collaborate closely with radiation oncologists, physicists, and nurses to review treatment plans and patient progress
• Monitor patient conditions during treatments and provide support to address questions or concerns
• Accurately document procedures, patient information, and equipment use following established guidelines
• Maintain equipment and ensure adherence to quality assurance measures
• Continuously develop expertise by keeping current with evolving treatment protocols and technologies
