Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
• ARRT certification and current state license (or eligibility to obtain)
• 2+ years of experience in radiation therapy preferred; new graduates are also considered
• Proficiency with Elekta HD, Versa HD, and Mosaiq systems is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and safety

Responsibilities

• Administer precise radiation treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Operate Elekta HD, Versa HD, and Mosaiq technology to deliver optimal care
• Accurately document treatment sessions and patient progress
• Collaborate with oncologists, dosimetrists, nurses, and other care team members
• Provide clear guidance and emotional support to patients throughout the treatment process
• Maintain compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory standards
