Key Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Committee on Allied Health Education and accredited radiology program or equivalent
- Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Active New Mexico licensure (must be obtained prior to start)
- Truebeam experience required
- 2-5 years of clinical experience favored; IMRT, LDR/HDR experience a plus
Responsibilities:
- Deliver radiation therapy per prescribed protocols and safety standards
- Collaborate with providers and support staff in treatment planning and patient care
- Operate and calibrate equipment, including preparation of immobilization and protection devices
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and files
- Assist in tumor localization and dosimetry as needed
- Adhere to all facility policies regarding patient care, safety, and professional conduct
