Schedule/Hours:
- Day shift (United States of America)
- Monday to Friday, between 8am-7pm (shift hours vary each week)
- Weekends as needed

Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or accredited program in Radiation Therapy
- ARRT Radiation Therapy certification required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (accepted: ARC-BLS or BLS-I)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Radiation Therapy preferred
- Experience with patient treatment/simulation essential
- Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy program
- Comfortable mentoring and evaluating students is a plus
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver precise radiation therapy under oncologist directives
- Operate radiation equipment and ensure all safety protocols are followed
- Accurately document in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Assess patients, adapt care to varying age groups, and provide specialty support
- Educate patients and families on procedures and side effects
- Participate in quality control, daily equipment checks, and process improvement
- Instruct RTT and RTR students as a clinical instructor
- Participate in on-call rotation and perform additional duties as assigned
