Key Responsibilities:

• Operate radiation therapy equipment accurately and safely according to prescribed protocols
• Work with physicians and oncology teams to develop and implement customized treatment plans
• Guide patients through each session, offering reassurance and responding to their questions or concerns
• Accurately position patients and monitor their condition during procedures
• Maintain detailed documentation of treatments and patient responses
• Perform quality assurance checks and report any equipment issues promptly
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and best practices in radiation therapy delivery

Qualifications & Experience:

• Certification in Radiation Therapy (ARRT or equivalent required)
• Active state license for Radiation Therapy
• Proven clinical experience as a Radiation Therapist in a healthcare environment
• Strong knowledge of modern linear accelerators and other radiation therapy equipment
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach
• High attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
