Key Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Current certification and registration as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT)
- Valid and up-to-date state licensure to practice radiation therapy
- Proven experience operating radiation therapy equipment and delivering precise treatments
- Strong attention to safety protocols and radiation safety standards
- Excellent interpersonal skills for compassionate patient care
- Ability to communicate clearly with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members

Primary Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments, following provider instructions and established protocols
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment is fully operational and calibrated
- Educate patients and families about procedures, side effects, and post-treatment care
- Closely monitor patients during treatments, observing for any adverse reactions or changes in condition
- Collaborate effectively with oncologists, physicists, dosimetrists, and nursing staff
- Document all aspects of patient care and treatment in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
- Maintain a clean, safe environment for both patients and staff
