Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Radiation Therapy required; Bachelor’s preferred
• Active [State] Radiation Therapist license required
• ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy preferred
• BLS Certification preferred
• Minimum 1 year of continuous clinical experience as a radiation therapist
• Strong working knowledge of ARIA, EPIC, ExacTrac, Eclipse, and related systems
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability to manage confidential patient information and resolve challenges with autonomy

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver precise and safe radiation therapy treatments in accordance with physician directives and established protocols
• Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot complex radiation equipment
• Maintain accurate documentation within Oncology Information Systems
• Build collaborative relationships with physicians, peers, and patient families to provide optimal care
• Uphold strict compliance with safety and privacy standards
