Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree in Radiation Therapy required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Active State License as a Radiation Therapist (required)
• ARRT(T) certification preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification preferred
• Minimum 1+ year of continuous clinical experience in Radiation Therapy
• Proficiency with ARIA, EPIC, ExacTrac, Eclipse, and integrated Hospital Information Systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills for equipment and software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professional relationships
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential patient information with sensitivity

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer precise radiation treatments to patients under physician supervision
• Operate and maintain specialized radiation equipment safely and effectively
• Accurately document treatments and patient responses in clinical information systems
• Work collaboratively with oncologists, dosimetrists, nurses, and other team members
