Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid certification as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT certified)
• Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
• Active, unrestricted licensure to practice as a Radiation Therapist
• Solid understanding of treatment planning and oncology protocols
• Previous experience in a similar role highly preferred
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with patients and colleagues

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments to patients as directed by physicians
• Operate and maintain linear accelerators and related equipment
• Conduct daily quality assurance checks on therapy equipment
• Support patients throughout treatment, providing clear instructions and compassionate care
• Observe, document, and report patient reactions and progress to the supervising physician
• Maintain meticulous records in compliance with department and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
