- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and adherence to quality standards.

Schedule/Hours:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Accurately administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments to patients, ensuring proper technique and patient safety.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, dosimetrists, physicists, and nursing staff to deliver coordinated cancer care.
- Educate patients and their families about the treatment process, answering questions and providing emotional support.
- Maintain accurate, detailed records of patient treatments and responses.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain radiation therapy equipment, reporting any concerns promptly.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements at all times.
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment with professionalism and empathy.
