- Current ARRT (Radiation Therapy) certification
- State licensure or eligibility as required

- Excellent communication abilities with patients, families, and care teams

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately administer prescribed radiation treatments following provider orders and established protocols
- Position patients precisely to ensure targeted delivery and minimize exposure to healthy tissues
- Monitor patient responses and provide support and education regarding procedures and side effects
- Collaborate closely with oncologists, physicists, dosimetrists, and nursing staff to ensure cohesive care delivery
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Ensure all equipment is operated safely, performing quality assurance checks as necessary
