Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree in Radiation Therapy required; Bachelor’s preferred
• Current [State License] as a Radiation Therapist required
• ARRT-T (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiation Therapy) preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
• Minimum of 1 year continuous clinical experience in radiation therapy
• Demonstrated expertise in equipment operation, troubleshooting, and safety protocols
• Proficiency in Radiation Oncology Information Systems and software, including ARIA, EPIC, ExacTrac, Eclipse
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to handle confidential patient information with sensitivity

Responsibilities:

• Accurately administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments
• Operate and maintain all treatment equipment and ensure optimal safety and performance
• Support physicians and team members in patient assessments and care planning
• Maintain detailed, accurate records in compliance with hospital standards
• Foster strong relationships with patients, providing education and compassionate support throughout treatment
