Qualifications & Experience:
- Current certification as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT) required
- Valid, active state licensure as applicable
- Prior experience in a clinical or hospital radiation therapy environment
- Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols and procedures

- Ability to work effectively within a healthcare team
- Detail-oriented with strong technical proficiency in operating radiation therapy equipment
Schedule/Hours:
- Variable schedule; specific shifts to be discussed during interview
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments accurately and safely
- Verify treatment parameters and conduct quality assurance checks prior to each session
- Provide patient education, answer patient and family questions, and support them throughout treatment
- Monitor and assess patients for treatment side effects and report concerns to the care team
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with established protocols
- Collaborate with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, and other healthcare professionals
- Adhere diligently to all safety policies and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in client system switch overs as required, ensuring seamless continuation of patient care
