• Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments accurately and safely under physician direction
• Operate linear accelerators and simulation equipment with precision
• Monitor patients closely for adverse reactions, providing compassionate support throughout treatment
• Maintain accurate treatment records, charts, and compliance with regulatory documentation
• Coordinate seamlessly with physicians, dosimetrists, nurses, and fellow therapists to ensure comprehensive cancer care
• Educate and inform patients and families about the treatment process and expectations
• Uphold safety practices for patients and staff, adhering to facility policies and industry protocols

Requirements:

• Valid Radiation Therapist license or certification (ARRT or equivalent)
• Proven experience in delivering clinical radiation therapy
• Demonstrated proficiency in treatment planning and equipment operation
• Exceptional communication skills for patient education and teamwork
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for documentation and patient monitoring
• Current BLS certification
