Key Qualifications:

• Certification in Radiation Therapy
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience preferred; applications from new graduates are welcome
• Proficiency in operating True-Beam Varian equipment is highly desirable
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient care and teamwork
• Current licensure (or eligibility) as required in the state of Texas
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to maintaining strict safety standards

Role Responsibilities:

• Administer accurate radiation treatments according to physician directives and protocols
• Prepare patients for procedures, clearly explaining processes and addressing concerns
• Collaborate with physicians, physicists, and other clinical staff to optimize patient care
• Calibrate and maintain True-Beam Varian equipment, ensuring treatment accuracy and safety at all times
• Update and manage patient documentation in compliance with regulatory and facility standards
• Participate in continuous education and professional development initiatives
