Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are welcome to apply
• Certification as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT or equivalent)
• Experience or familiarity with True-Beam Varian equipment is highly valued
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate within a team and demonstrate compassion in patient care

Primary Responsibilities:

• Precisely administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments to patients using True-Beam Varian technology
• Prepare and operate all necessary treatment and imaging equipment according to established protocols
• Monitor patients throughout each session, ensuring safety, comfort, and proper documentation
• Coordinate with physicians, physicists, and dosimetrists to achieve optimal treatment outcomes
• Educate patients and their families about therapy procedures, side effects, and aftercare instructions
• Support quality assurance measures and participate in ongoing professional development
