• Strong attention to detail and capability to follow treatment plans accurately
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide comfort and guidance to patients

Role Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed doses of radiation to patients as directed by oncologists
• Accurately position patients and ensure optimal safety and efficacy during procedures
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and treatment documentation
• Monitor patients’ responses, address concerns, and report significant findings to supervising clinicians
• Perform quality assurance tasks related to radiation therapy equipment
