Key Responsibilities:

• Administer precise radiation treatments according to physician orders and protocols
• Operate Elekta HD, Versa HD, and Mosaiq systems to ensure accurate dose delivery
• Monitor patient responses, adjusting procedures and equipment as necessary
• Educate patients and families, addressing questions and concerns with empathy
• Collaborate with physicians, dosimetrists, and other oncology professionals to plan and execute care
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with regulatory and institutional standards
• Promote patient comfort and safety throughout treatment sessions

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT or equivalent required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred; consideration given to exceptional new graduates
• Proficiency using Elekta HD, Versa HD, and Mosaiq, or strong willingness to learn
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
