Key Qualifications:

  • Board certification in Radiation Therapy (required)
  • Proficiency with MOSAIQ, MONICLE (Planning), and ELEKTA systems
  • Prior experience in a cancer center or hospital setting
  • Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Clear and compassionate communication with patients and colleagues

Core Responsibilities:

  • Administer precise radiation therapy treatments according to physician prescriptions
  • Operate and maintain MOSAIQ, MONICLE, and ELEKTA equipment
  • Accurately document treatment sessions and patient responses
  • Monitor patient condition and report any side effects or complications
  • Ensure strict adherence to all safety and quality protocols
  • Collaborate with medical physicists, oncologists, and nursing staff on patient care plans
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of radiation therapy advancements and best practices

$7,353 - $7,752/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
