Qualifications & Experience:
- Registered Radiation Therapist (ARRT) with active state licensure.
- Proven competency operating MOSAIQ, MONICLE (Planning), and ELEKTA systems.
- Previous hands-on experience providing radiation therapy in a clinical environment.
- Strong attention to patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality.
- Effective communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to collaborate with oncologists, medical physicists, and other healthcare professionals.
Schedule/Hours:
- Preference for full-time availability.
- Flexible opportunities may be available for various assignment types.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and effectively deliver prescribed radiation treatments to oncology patients.
- Operate and maintain MOSAIQ and ELEKTA equipment; manage planning through MONICLE.
- Monitor patient responses and provide prompt, detailed documentation.
- Educate patients on procedures, side effects, and aftercare, ensuring their questions are answered with empathy and accuracy.
