Assignment Details

• Up to $2,400/week
• Open to Temp-to-Perm, PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time
• Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: Philadelphia, PA

Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Radiation Therapist with 2+ years of experience to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. We're looking for a compassionate, skilled professional who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care. We offer flexible scheduling and are open to finding the right arrangement for the right candidate, whether that's PRN, part-time, temporary-to-permanent, or full-time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver radiation therapy treatments accurately and safely according to physician prescriptions.
• Position and prepare patients for treatment while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Operate radiation therapy equipment in accordance with department protocols.
• Monitor patients throughout treatment and report any concerns to the care team.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, dosimetrists, physicists, and the oncology care team to provide exceptional patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Radiation Therapy experience.
• Current ARRT (T) certification and applicable Pennsylvania licensure (or eligibility) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety standards and treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
