Radiation Therapist | Providence, Rhode Island

Deliver vital care as an experienced Radiation Therapist, working with advanced technology in a modern clinical environment. This full-time role involves providing essential therapeutic treatments to oncology patients while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The position is based on a contract basis, with openness to temp-to-perm or locum arrangements.

Key Qualifications:

• Must be a certified Radiation Therapist with proven experience in clinical settings
• Proficiency in MOSAIQ and MONICLE (Planning) is essential
• Hands-on experience with ELEKTA equipment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Commitment to patient-centered care and safety protocols

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer accurate, safe radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, ensuring correct calibration and safety standards
• Utilize MOSAIQ for scheduling, documentation, and workflow management
• Implement treatment plans using MONICLE (Planning) systems and ELEKTA hardware
• Collaborate with other clinical staff to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Monitor patient progress and provide compassionate support throughout therapy course
• Ensure precise documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
