  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support patient needs
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow physician directives

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Administer precise radiation treatments to oncology patients according to prescribed protocols
  • Collaborate with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and review treatment plans
  • Accurately document treatment sessions, patient responses, and update medical records
  • Monitor patients closely for adverse reactions and provide supportive care and education
  • Ensure safe and effective operation of all radiation therapy equipment
  • Adhere to established safety and quality assurance guidelines at all times
