Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (or equivalent)
• Valid state licensure as required
• Previous experience as a Radiation Therapist in a clinical setting
• Strong technical knowledge of LINAC equipment and treatment planning systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols

Responsibilities:

• Accurately deliver radiation treatments according to prescribed plans
• Work closely with oncologists, dosimetrists, and nursing staff to optimize patient care
• Ensure the safe operation of radiation therapy equipment
• Monitor, assess, and document patient responses during treatment
• Educate patients and families regarding procedures and expected outcomes
