Qualifications:

• ARRT (Radiation Therapy) certification or eligibility required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in radiation therapy preferred, but open to new graduates eager to learn
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to safety protocols
• Willingness to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with patients
• Experience with True-Beam Varian equipment is an asset, though training can be provided for motivated newcomers

Responsibilities:

• Administer daily radiation treatments, verifying set-up accuracy and adhering to oncologist’s treatment plans
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and treatment documentation
• Monitor patients’ responses and promptly address any concerns or symptoms
• Safeguard patients, visitors, and colleagues by strictly following established safety guidelines
• Participate in ongoing quality assurance initiatives and support the training of new team members
