Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
• ARRT (Radiation Therapy) certification required, or eligibility if a recent graduate
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferred, however, eager new grads will also be considered
• Experience with True-Beam Varian preferred, but willingness to train on this equipment is welcome
• Strong communication, patient care, and technical skills

Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments accurately and safely
• Operate and maintain True-Beam Varian linear accelerator and related equipment
• Collaborate closely with oncologists, physicists, and dosimetrists in planning and verification of treatments
• Monitor patient progress, document treatments, and address questions or concerns compassionately
• Support quality assurance protocols and maintain strict compliance with all regulatory standards
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families throughout the treatment process
