Radiation Therapist - San Marcos, TX

Schedule:

• Full time, day shifts

What We’re Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
• Registered Radiation Therapist (ARRT) or eligibility for certification
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferred, but applications from recent graduates are also welcome
• Demonstrated proficiency operating True-Beam Varian or comparable linear accelerators
• Compassionate, patient-centered mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain prior to starting
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary oncology team

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments with a high degree of precision and safety
• Collaborate with a team of oncologists, dosimetrists, and physicists to develop and carry out treatment plans
• Educate and support patients and their families through all phases of therapy
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records in accordance with regulatory and clinical standards
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality assurance protocols in the treatment area
• Perform equipment checks and assist in quality control processes
