Schedule/Hours:

• Day shift: 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)

Qualifications:

• Registered Radiation Therapist (ARRT) certification required
• Current California CRT credential
• Active BLS certification
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently
• Experience in both routine and specialized radiation therapy procedures preferred

Responsibilities:

• Deliver radiation treatments in accordance with physician-developed plans
• Operate and maintain complex radiation therapy equipment, ensuring accurate documentation and safety compliance
• Prepare for and assist in simulation procedures; educate patients and reduce procedure anxiety
• Mentor students and new staff, fostering a constructive learning environment
• Complete clerical duties such as EHR management, appointment updates, and supply inventory
• Adhere to ALARA safety standards; ensure rigorous infection control and equipment calibration
