Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy
• Active and in good standing state licensure as a Radiation Therapist
• Strong clinical proficiency in operating linear accelerators and radiation oncology equipment
• Previous experience in a busy oncology setting preferred
• Clear and empathetic communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration
• Commitment to maintaining high safety standards and quality patient outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately administer prescribed radiation doses to oncology patients following treatment plans
• Operate and maintain advanced radiation therapy machines and equipment
• Monitor patients' physical and emotional well-being before, during, and after therapy
• Collaborate with radiation oncologists, physicists, and nursing staff to optimize care plans
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, regulatory guidelines, and established best practices
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding the treatment process
• Document daily patient treatments and maintain precise, thorough records
