Radiation Therapist - Santa Rosa, CA

Key Qualifications:

• Registered Radiation Therapist (ARRT) certification required
• Valid state license to practice as a Radiation Therapist (or eligibility)
• Proven experience operating linear accelerators and related radiation oncology equipment
• Solid understanding of radiation safety protocols and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interactions
• Ability to follow strict protocols and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed doses of radiation to patients in accordance with the treatment plan
• Prepare, calibrate, and maintain therapy equipment to ensure safe operation
• Accurately document patient treatments, noting any reactions or changes for the care team
• Provide guidance and support to patients before, during, and after procedures
• Coordinate with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, and nursing staff to deliver seamless care
• Adhere to all safety, privacy, and compliance regulations in daily tasks
