Seeking a skilled professional proficient in Radiation Therapy to deliver high-quality treatments using the Truebeam/Aria system. This contract opportunity covers a leave of absence from December 7 to the first week in January, offering the chance to shape patient experience in a facility equipped with state-of-the-art technology.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience as a Radiation Therapist in a clinical environment
• Strong working knowledge of Radiation Therapy procedures
• Proficient with the Truebeam/Aria platform (experience with newer models a plus)
• Familiarity with patient safety and radiation protocols
• Ability to work collaboratively with oncology and support staff
• CT Sim experience not required
• Exceptional communication and patient interaction skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed radiation treatments with accuracy and compassion
• Operate the Truebeam/Aria machine according to current best practices
• Document all treatments and maintain accurate patient records
• Coordinate daily with clinical and administrative teams for seamless patient care
• Monitor patients for side effects and provide supportive interventions
• Uphold safety standards for both patients and staff
• Adapt to evolving workflows in a site that is relatively new to Radiation Oncology
