Key Qualifications:

• Certification as a Radiation Therapist required
• Experience with True-Beam Varian equipment strongly preferred
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience ideal, but new graduates will be considered
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to maintaining safety and accuracy standards

Core Responsibilities:

• Prepare and administer radiation treatments following physician prescriptions
• Operate the True-Beam Varian linear accelerator safely and accurately
• Monitor patient conditions and provide compassionate care throughout each session
• Collaborate effectively with oncologists, physicists, and nursing staff
• Maintain detailed and precise treatment records
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory and departmental guidelines
