Qualifications and Experience:

• Registered Radiation Therapist with current certification
• Hands-on experience in radiation therapy required
• Familiarity with Elekta equipment strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clinical teams
• Strong attention to detail and a patient-focused approach
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer radiation therapy treatments accurately and safely following physician prescription and clinical protocols
• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, including Elekta systems
• Monitor patients closely throughout treatment, ensuring comfort and safety at all times
• Collaborate with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, and nursing staff to deliver coordinated care
• Maintain complete and accurate patient records, documenting all treatments and patient responses
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and side effect management
• Comply with all regulatory and safety standards to maintain a secure care environment
