Deliver patient-centered care as a Radiation Therapist, providing expertise and support within a healthcare facility dedicated to oncology services. Qualifications & Experience:

• Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiation Therapy
• Active, unrestricted state license in Radiation Therapy
• 1+ year experience in a clinical radiation therapy setting preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of treatment planning, oncology patient care, and safety procedures
• Strong communication skills and compassion when working with patients and families
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Precisely administer radiation therapy according to provider prescriptions and established protocols
• Accurately position patients, use immobilization devices, and ensure adherence to radiation safety measures
• Monitor patients throughout each procedure, offering guidance and reassurance
• Maintain thorough records of treatments, dosages, and responses
• Inspect and operate radiation therapy equipment, reporting maintenance concerns promptly
• Work closely with oncology physicians, dosimetrists, and nursing staff to optimize patient outcomes
