Key Qualifications:

• Clinical experience as a Radiation Therapist/Physicist required
• Thorough knowledge of therapeutic radiation equipment, including accelerators and brachytherapy devices
• Understanding of regulatory requirements specific to radiation therapy
• Strong collaboration, QA, and clinical workflow skills
• Ability to support development and monitoring of treatment guidelines

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and implement policies for optimal function and safety of therapeutic equipment
• Ensure all daily output and quality assurance checks on radiation-producing equipment
• Oversee equipment output checks, simulation, and associated devices
• Lead clinical QA on equipment, including acceptance testing, commissioning, and calibrations
• Supervise technical aspects of dosimetrists and therapists
• Participate in IOeRT treatments and related QA
• Support dosimetry in planning for External Beam, Stereotactic Radiosurgery, and Brachytherapy
• Collaborate on the preparation of optimal treatment plans
• Plan and monitor High Dose Rate Treatments
