Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid certification or licensure as a Radiation Therapist
- Completed accredited program in Radiation Therapy
- Previous experience operating medical linear accelerators and associated technology
- Strong knowledge of safety standards in radiation treatment and patient care
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer prescribed courses of radiation therapy to patients in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols
- Accurately set up patients for daily treatments using precise measurement and positioning techniques
- Regularly monitor patient responses, providing support and reporting any changes to the medical team
- Maintain and calibrate radiation equipment, ensuring safe and effective operation
- Document all treatments and patient interactions accurately in medical records
- Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and dosimetrists to deliver coordinated oncology care
- Demonstrate empathetic support to patients and their families throughout the treatment process
- Adhere strictly to institutional and regulatory safety guidelines regarding radiation exposure and infection control
