You will be joining a cancer center team equipped with two treatment units, serving 64–68 patients daily.
Schedule/Hours:
- Clinic setting with guaranteed hours (holiday closures not counted toward minimum hours).
Qualifications:
- Active Radiation certification from both ARRT and IEMA.
- Prior experience in a mid-to-large hospital or clinic setting, preferably in radiation oncology.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrated skill in delivering compassionate patient-centered care within a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities:
- Administer therapeutic radiation treatments to oncology patients in accordance with prescribed protocols and safety standards.
- Operate and manage two advanced radiation treatment units, ensuring accurate dose delivery and equipment integrity.
- Evaluate and record each patient’s response to treatment, promptly communicating concerns to the care team.
- Maintain precise documentation of all procedures, patient responses, and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, including oncologists and nurses, to provide seamless patient care.
- Uphold a safe clinic environment by adhering to established clinical policies and radiation safety regulations.
