Qualifications & Experience:

  • Certification as a Radiation Therapist (ARRT or equivalent)
  • Current and valid state license (or eligibility)
  • Solid understanding of treatment planning, radiation safety, and quality assurance protocols
  • Experience operating advanced linear accelerators and treatment planning systems preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for communicating with patients, physicians, and clinical staff
  • Ability to maintain meticulous documentation and uphold safety standards

Schedule:

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Standard weekday daytime shifts; minimal weekend/holiday requirements

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver precise radiation treatment as prescribed by physicians, ensuring comfort and compassion for every patient
  • Accurately calibrate, operate, and monitor complex therapeutic equipment
  • Collaborate with dosimetrists, physicists, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to formulate and execute treatment plans
  • Uphold safety protocols for both patients and colleagues and provide ongoing education regarding radiation exposure
  • Maintain clear, accurate patient records and contribute to quality assurance program initiatives
