Desired Qualifications:

• Current Radiation Therapist licensure (ARRT)
• Valid BLS certification
• Current AZ State Certified Radiation Therapist (CTT) certification
• Experience operating Varian 21iX Linear Accelerator a plus
• Proficiency with Pinnacle treatment planning software
• Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically Mosaiq and Allscripts
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administer accurate radiation therapy treatments according to physician prescriptions and protocols
• Operate and monitor advanced radiation therapy equipment (Varian 21iX Lin Acc)
• Conduct daily patient positioning and ensure high standards of radiation safety
• Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation in Mosaiq and Allscripts EMR systems
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team in treatment planning and ongoing care
• Offer support, reassurance, and clear communication to patients and their families throughout therapy
• Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold all safety and quality assurance procedures
