Radiation Therapist | Stephens City, Virginia

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (five 8-hour shifts weekly)

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist
• Current and valid Virginia state license (VA license required before start)
• Experience operating Varian TrueBeam/Aria systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a patient-centered environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer radiation treatments to oncology patients according to physician’s prescription
• Operate highly specialized Varian TrueBeam/Aria equipment for safe, efficient patient care
• Collect, record, and evaluate patient data before, during, and after treatments
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure optimal treatment plans and maintain patient-centered care
• Uphold rigorous safety and compliance standards in all aspects of radiation therapy delivery

Role Details:

• Contract position with an ASAP start date
• Two-step interview process: initial video interview (Teams), followed by an in-person interview (all travel/overnight stay expenses covered)
