Radiation Therapist - Strasburg, Virginia

Step into a key role supporting patient care as an experienced Radiation Therapist. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a consistent five-day work week.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (5x8's)
• Immediate start available

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years’ current experience as a Radiation Therapist required
• Valid and active Virginia state license needed at time of application
• Expertise and clinical proficiency in radiation therapy technologies, specifically Varian Truebeam/Aria
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately deliver radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by the radiation oncologist
• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment—Varian Truebeam/Aria systems
• Monitor patients throughout their treatment and report any variations or reactions
• Safeguard patient confidentiality while maintaining meticulous documentation
• Collaborate closely with physicians, physicists, and medical staff to optimize treatment plans

Interview Process:

• Two rounds: Initial video interview (Teams), followed by an in-person interview
