Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (5x8s)

Key Qualifications:

• Current, active Virginia Radiation Therapy license (must be in hand)
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on radiation therapy experience
• Proficiency in operating Varian TrueBeam/Aria machines
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and follow precise protocols
• Flexibility to participate in two-step interview process (Teams virtual interview and onsite interview; travel and stay expenses during the in-person interview covered)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments with precision and compassion
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain treatment equipment, including Varian TrueBeam/Aria
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document treatment sessions, updates, and outcomes accurately in electronic medical records
• Support patient education and administer care instructions throughout therapy cycles
• Participate in ongoing quality assurance and safety measures
