Radiation Therapist - Warren, MI

Deliver high-quality patient care as a radiation therapist in a dynamic clinical environment. This contract opportunity spans 14 weeks and requires expertise in advanced radiation therapy techniques. Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Five days per week
• No on-call responsibilities
• Enjoy weekends off

Qualifications:

• Active ARRT (T) certification required
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of two years’ experience as a radiation therapist
• Hands-on experience with Varian and Aria strongly preferred
• Comfortable operating True Beam linear accelerators
• Ability to work efficiently with 1–2 colleagues during each shift
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately administer prescribed radiation treatments under physician direction
• Operate and maintain sophisticated True Beam equipment, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed
• Support patients through the treatment process; address concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Collaborate with fellow radiation therapists and multidisciplinary staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain thorough and precise treatment records utilizing Aria software
• Participate in daily equipment checks and quality assurance processes
