Radiation Therapist - Winchester, Virginia

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm (5x8's)

Key Qualifications:

• Current, active Virginia (VA) license required
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Radiation Therapist
• Proficiency with Varian Truebeam and ARIA systems preferred
• Strong communication skills and patient-centered mindset
• Ability to respond quickly to a fast-paced, supportive healthcare environment

Role Responsibilities:

• Administer accurate radiation treatments using advanced cancer-fighting technology within a multi-disciplinary team
• Collaborate closely with oncologists and dosimetrists to carry out prescribed therapy protocols while monitoring patient response
• Perform equipment QA checks and maintain delivery accuracy according to best practice standards
• Foster a reassuring, compassionate environment for patients and answer any treatment-related questions
• Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and maintain meticulous treatment records
