Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Active certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and RRT (NBRC)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Comfortable adapting to new clinical settings
- Willing to provide compassionate care to diverse populations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality respiratory therapy interventions and assessments
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Document and report clinical findings accurately
- Maintain and operate respiratory equipment according to protocols
- Support patient and family education regarding respiratory care
