As a Registered Respiratory Therapist specializing in NICU care, you’ll work with diverse patient populations and collaborate with innovative medical teams. Schedule:

• Nights: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
• Weekends: As needed
• No on-call hours

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist with NICU experience
• Active NC Respiratory Therapy license
• Certifications required: NRP (AHA), BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA)
• Able to cover C-sections and provide NICU care
• Credentialing requirements to be completed one week before start date

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to neonatal and pediatric patients, including those requiring NICU-level interventions
• Participate in C-section support and resuscitative care as required
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Uphold patient safety, clinical guidelines, and best practices in a dynamic environment
