Position Overview: Gain valuable exposure in a high-acuity setting by providing expert care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver advanced respiratory care and support to diverse patient populations.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license
• At least 2 years of experience, including significant time in adult critical care
• Experience with Meditech documentation system preferred
• Strong familiarity with current respiratory therapy equipment and monitoring systems
• Must uphold facility’s standards for dress and personal appearance, including: clean scrubs in approved colors, neat and pulled-back hair for shoulder-length or longer, no artificial nails, covered body art, and no visible piercings beyond ears

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage adult patients with acute or chronic respiratory issues
• Initiate and monitor advanced therapies and procedures
• Accurately document interventions and outcomes utilizing Meditech
• Collaborate with nursing and physician teams to optimize respiratory care plans
• Float to other units as needed, contributing to cross-functional teamwork
• Maintain compliance with attendance and unit-specific guidelines
