Qualifications & Desired Skills:
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with valid credentials
• Demonstrated experience in adult critical care
• Proficiency in high-volume, trauma-focused Emergency Departments
• Preferred skills: blood gas draw and processing on GEM, ability to interpret blood gases
• Experience supporting a range of patients—including SICU, CCU, CVICU, Neuro, ED, and Trauma
• Strong, confident communicator with excellent time management
• Flexible, collaborative work style; eager to assist colleagues as needed

Role Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to diverse patient populations

• Conduct blood gas draws, process and interpret results to inform care
