Key Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist with current licensure
• Proven experience in adult critical care settings
• Skilled in fast-paced, high-volume emergency departments—especially those with trauma exposure
• Preferred experience with:
  • Blood gas draws
  • Processing blood gases using GEM analyzers
  • Blood gas data interpretation
• Capable of managing patients across medical, surgical, neuro, trauma, and cardiac critical care units
• Strong, confident professional with excellent time management
• Enthusiastic team player willing to support colleagues as needed

Position Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert respiratory therapy for adult and trauma patients across all hospital departments (SICU, CCU, CVICU, ED, Neuro, Trauma)
• Perform blood gas analysis and interpret results to guide care decisions
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal patient outcomes
• Adapt rapidly to fluctuating unit demands while ensuring the highest standards of care
