Professionally, this role allows you to work within a thriving 240-bed acute care hospital, ensuring exposure to a wide variety of respiratory cases from NICU to ICU. Here, you’ll collaborate with a knowledgeable RT staff of 15, operating in an innovative environment that features advanced technology like the Hamilton G5 ventilator. Schedule/Hours:

• Night shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist with current acute care hospital experience (minimum 6 months)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, CRT or NBRC
• Preferred: Meditech EMR familiarity, NICU/PICU experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive RT therapies, including ventilator setup and management, intubation support, ABG sampling, and patient education
• Operate across various units: ED, PEDS, ICU, NICU, and Med/Surg
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain patient safety standards
