Schedule/Hours:

• Shifts: 0600-1830 or 1800-0630
• Rotating every third weekend and holiday
• Department-specific orientation: 3 shifts of 12 hours each

Desired Qualifications:

• Current ND state licensure as RRT or CRT
• BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications required
• Must have NICU experience
• Proficiency with respiratory therapy equipment and clinical independence
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver respiratory care to patients from neonatal through geriatric in all facility areas
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, making clinical judgments and working closely with physicians
• Adapt confidently between inpatient, outpatient, ER, rehab, and other environments
