Professionals here gain firsthand knowledge of a variety of ventilator and respiratory technologies—including Airvo, PB 840/980, Hamilton C1, MR1, and V-60 Respironics—while covering all areas within the facility, from ICU and ER to rehab, sleep lab, and more. The supportive culture is rooted in teamwork and collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, yet demands the ability to work independently and make confident, autonomous clinical judgments. Schedule:
- 6:00 AM–6:30 PM or 6:00 PM–6:30 AM shifts
- Block scheduling available
- Rotating every third weekend and every third holiday
- Orientation: Three 12-hour unit-specific shifts
Qualifications:
- Current ND State licensure (RRT or CRT)
- BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications required
- NICU experience a must
- Proficiency across all respiratory care age groups, from neonatal to geriatric
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with sound clinical judgment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered respiratory care in all inpatient and outpatient areas, including ER, ICU, and specialty units
- Manage a range of respiratory therapies and advanced ventilator support
- Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to maximize patient outcomes
